About me

Hey there!

My name is Hyungjoo Lee and I'm currentely a student at UT Austin majoring in Petroleum Engineering and certificate in Computer Science. Some of the skills I learned during my time in college includes Python, Java, HTML, CSS, Javascript, ReactJS, Git, and Phaser.

As of now, I am looking for internships for the summer of 2021 and the fall of 2021. My plan is to graduate in year 2023.

Projects

Left at Space is a sci-fi survival game developed in spring of 2021. It is a web game created using HTML, CSS, Javascript and Phaser (game engine similar to Unreal Engine). You were brought to this planet by a mysterious force that shot your ship down. To return back home, you must find ubonatium ore - a fuel source. You go and scavange around, but quickly realize you are not alone. You must defend yourself against monsters by fighting and setting traps while you scavange for fuel. The focus of the game was to make the players feel eerie and uncomfortable just as if they were the main character placed in unfamilar setting.

Hobbies

If I had to pick one favorite game of mine, it would have to be TeamFight Tactics by Riot. It is a strategy/luck game that I really enjoy playing and have placed in diamond ranking for two seasons straight. One day, I hope to achieve the ranking of master or even grandmaster.
